    Welcome to OPTIMIZED BODY TRAINING!
    My fitness classes are an effective alternative to endless, unproductive "cardio" and expensive health club
    memberships.

    OPTIMIZED BODY TRAINING is a hybrid of strength conditioning and core conditioning that lights a metabolic
    fire. This fire burns hot for 48 hours. After 8-10 weeks of consistent training, your metabolism is elevated all day
    and night! This fusion of strength and pilates-type movements using hand held weights results in spikes in your
    heart rate as all your muscles work together in a functional way. Along with the cardiovascular benefit of heart
    rate spikes, the use of multiple muscles at once produces a hormonal response that can make you leaner and
    fitter than you've ever been! It's called the 'metabolic effect' and you can read the science here.  Hybrid Based
    Workouts

    Classes will be held inside Calvary  Church in Souderton, PA  on Saturday mornings at 8:15-9am. Drop in any
    Saturday for $12.


    Bring a yoga mat and 2 moderate dumbbells (5-10lb) and be prepared for an entirely new experience set to
    modern Christian music.
