My name is Kelly Knueppel. I am a 47 year old mother of three.
Through years of experience, I have developed efficient, effective
strategies for busy women to achieve optimum health.
Fitness training and powerful nutrition
are not optional. Most of the ills we
associate with age are actually a result
of poor nutrition and neglect of the
body. Personal Training is the wisest
investment you can make! Allow me to
assist you in realizing the joy of a
strong, lean, fit body and vital health!
My strategy is to educate and coach
you with an aim to empower you to
maintain your best body on your own!

Perkasie Studio. There are numerous
options to suite your budget.
Start with a Consultation to discuss
your goals and situation.
Options:
One on One Training:
Start with 1-2 sessions per week at my studio
in Perkasie.
Home/Club Program:
A Program designed just for you. This can be
used between sessions with me or by itself.
I also offer monthly updates on your
independent program to ensure progress.
Home Training:
Personal Training in your home!
Semi-Private Training:
You and a friend or two share training sessions
at a lower rate with additional motivation!
Larger groups use the small group option. I
can pair you with an appropriate partner also.
Couples Home Program:
Designed to enable you and your husband to
Strength Train together! This has had fantastic
results and is a great mutual hobby! I will
check out the equipment that you have, then
write a personalized program that you can do
together or separately. I will then come over to
explain the exercises in detail and take you
both through them. Four weeks later you will
receive an updated program based on your
progress!
Spring Training
Small Group Training for amazing results in 8
weeks! Evening Training Classes meet in the
Perkasie studio and form each season. Get on
