Terry participated in the Fall Challenge and lost
12.6lb  of fat and 5.25" off her waist!

taught me so much about eating healthy and the proper
way to work out. Honestly, I haven't felt this good about
myself in years. What a great feeling to buy jeans a size
smaller. Now that my family sees my results they all want
