Childcare: No formal childcare is available, but many Moms supervise their children
during class.  There is an area with a half wall where the children are visible.  They seem
to enjoy the Moms "playing" nearby.

       Class Descriptions:
    Pilates Plus; Monday at 9:15am and Thursday at 9am;
This class is a fusion of Pilates, strength training and yoga.  We include the use of
weights (provided). This class is every bit as effective as the Full Body Training class. It is
excellent for training proper movement patterns for injury prevention and better
results.  You will feel wonderful after this class! Expect firmer abdominals, a stronger
back, greater flexibility, fat loss and more!

Total Body Training: (Green is Intermediate to Advanced; Blue is Beginner/Intermed)
These classes offer the most efficient, effective workout you will find anywhere!
Through a combination of strength moves with weights and interval training, you will
take your fitness level progressively higher and your body fat progressively lower. These
classes create a hormonal environment that is conducive to fat burning and the
preservation of lean muscle. The increase in metabolism that these workout provide
lasts long after the workout. These two classes are 45 minutes in length because that is
the optimum time frame for the kind of intensity we are generating.

Hi Kelly,
An official thanks for all you and your classes have done for me
in the past two years.  I joined your class with the specific goal
of improving bone density after a bone scan indicated I had
osteopenia.  My physician suggested I start taking a
prescription medication to address the concern.  I decided I
would first try increasing my calcium, Vit D, and add weight
training to my usual exercise of daily walks.  I am delighted to
share my most recent test revealed the spine stable and only a
very slight decline in bone density of the left hip.  My advice
from my physician, no need to add prescription medication,
"keep doing whatever it is you are doing."  THANKS Kelly!
