Over 90 Days you will discover how manageable and achievable better health can be. I challenge you to invest in your own physical well-being for 90 Days. You will be in control of what steps you will take as you choose from a menu of suggested small steps. You will receive all the support needed- both professional support from me, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, and from your group. The group will meet live on webcam together weekly and as often as needed in a private Facebook group. You will also access a portal with videos, nutritional information and interactive assignments each week.

Over 90 days, you will become much more clear on your motivation and become free from trying to make changes based on guilt or fear. You will also feel physically better each week as you implement manageable shifts in your lifestyle. There is also a huge carry over into all areas of your life as you gain peace with these struggles, gain energy and move better.

You will receive a private consultation before you start. The start up fee is $150 and then 3 monthly charges of $100 for this 3 month commitment. An ongoing subscription will be available after the 90 days for maintenance or further goals! Referral discounts will be available- just inquire with a friend!
