What are you made of?
If your weight is made up of a high percentage of fat, you will not look as good or function as well as you will
with more lean mass and less fat.Most people have a more favorable "body composition" in their 20s than
they do later.This is why it gets harder to lose weight. More lean mass means a faster metabolism.

You can improve your body composition at any age and effectively become metabolically younger!
This is done by
changing your body composition to favor muscle. My clients all have metabolic ages that
are far younger than their calendar ages(many HALF!)  I can help you achieve the same thing! You will look
and feel better than you have in years!
