"When I first found Kelly's Fitness, I had severe scoliosis and was recovering from a stroke that had weakened my left side and affected my balance. You so
encouraged me...I felt like I had a cheerleader. I took Pilates last summer, did the Saturday classes last winter, and back to Pilates this was doing and I was given
alternative movements. During the Saturday classes last fall, I could only do walking lunges if I walked beside a wall for balance; by spring, I was walking and
lunging independently. Your classes have had a definite impact on my balance and strength! As you vary the routines for each workout, I always come away
