It has been thrilling for me over the past 6 years to have this independent business and see clients improve dramatically in less than 3 months. Prior to this, I worked in
health clubs and saw quite the opposite due to lack of intensity, guidance or actual attendance.

Our classes are different every single time and they evolve as they are based on the very latest protocols from the fields of endocrinology, exercise science and
strength and conditioning research. They sufficiently tax the body’s major energy systems with the chief goal of maximizing fat loss both during and after the exercise
session. This is done with no loss of muscle whereas traditional exercise and diet actually speed the loss of muscle that takes place over time.
