I developed the Smart Restart program to help women in middle age become confident about what they are doing to invest in their health. Instead of spending time and energy trying to juggle all kinds of exercise and trying to adhere to diets, you will come away knowing exactly what is most effective and how to make it work in your life. We also address the 'all or nothing' mindset that stops forward progress.  

 

You will discover how manageable and achievable better health can be. I challenge you to invest in your own physical well-being for 12 Weeks. You will be in control of what steps you will take as you choose from a menu of suggested small steps. You will receive all the support needed- both professional support from me, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, and from your group. The group will meet live on webcam together weekly and as often as needed in a private chat group.
